Hi, I’m SIMON BEECHAM.

I started out in the corporate world, swapped the suit for a pest control van, and over the last decade have built two things I’m really proud of: a solid service business in London and a growing portfolio of UK properties.

If you’ve landed here because you’ve heard about my property projects, this site is my “behind the scenes” – who I am, what I do, and how I work with investors and partners.

These days most of my focus is on property: finding solid houses in good areas, planning sensible refurbs, and turning them into long-term assets that work for everyone involved – investors, tenants and councils.

I’m not here to shout about overnight success or magic strategies. I prefer simple numbers, clear communication and deals that feel good on both sides. If you read this and think “he sounds like a normal human I could actually talk to”, then I’ve done my job.

My Approach

It all began with a simple idea: I didn’t just want a job, I wanted assets that would look after me long term. That pulled me out of the corporate world, through building a pest control business, and into buying and improving real properties in the UK.

Maybe you’ve got savings not working hard enough. Maybe you want a second income without becoming a full-time landlord. Or maybe you’re just curious how “normal” people actually build wealth through property. This site is where I share my journey, the projects I’m working on, and how I now partner with others to do more of them.

Dream it

You don’t need the perfect jargon or a 20-page business plan. You just need a clear idea of what you want your money to do for you. From there, we can shape a simple, realistic property strategy and build it step by step.

Build it

Once we’re clear on what you want, we turn it into something real. That might be finding the right house in the right street, planning a light refurb, or structuring a deal that works for both you and the investor. Property isn’t built on hype, it’s built on clear numbers, good people and steady execution – one project at a time.
